What a year it’s been for Trinity Homes! As we look back on 2017 and our highlights, we are really blessed by our wonderful team at Trinity and all the customers we have crossed paths with!
Here’s a look back at 2017…
Trinity was honored to host the 2017 BIA Parade of Homes Sept. 2-17 at Cheshire Woods, our brand-new residential neighborhood in Berkshire Township, Delaware County.
We were thrilled for the opportunity to show off our development at Cheshire Woods, expected to be one of the most sought-after communities in Central Ohio. Cheshire features 275 spacious home sites, plus a new 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness facility and pool for community use.
Trinity threw an exclusive kickoff Preview Party on August 31st, with proceeds benefiting the BIA Foundation and Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio. We featured two homes: the Lauderdale, a spacious multi-story floor plan, and the Bradenton, a ranch model by Ambassador Homes. Thanks to all who attended another successful BIA Parade of Homes! Our home won awards for best exterior architecture, best curb appeal, best owners suite, and best first interior.
Trinity teamed with OSU and HER Realtors this year to offer a chance to win a $250,00 home built by Trinity Homes! Our randomly selected finalists, Julie Channing and Tim Anderson, won tickets to the Ohio State vs. Michigan State game on November 11. There, they had one chance to win a brand-new home by successfully completing the Target Toss game.
While neither finalist made the toss, both won an awesome second-place prize: two tickets on the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer. The cruise sets sail in the Caribbean from February 21 through February 26, 2018. It is an opportunity for fans and corporations to take a vacation with famous Buckeyes, while raising money for cancer research. Proceeds benefit the Urban & Shelley Meyer Fund for Cancer Research and The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center—Arthur G. James Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute.
Stay tuned to Trinity Homes and HER Realtors in 2018 for another chance to win in The Great Home Giveaway 2018!
Our model home at Mitchell Crossing was completed and unveiled to visitors on June 10. We’re excited to be building in this new residential neighborhood in the Dublin City Schools system. With homes starting in the mid $300,000s, Mitchell Crossing will be one of the most affordable prestigious neighborhoods in the area, and is expected to be one of Dublin’s most desirable communities.
Construction began in 2017 on the final phase of development for Hoover Crossing, located in Grove City’s popular South Western City School district. Fourteen distinct home designs are available at Hoover Crossing, with prices starting in the $300,000s, ranging from the 1,900-square-foot Key Largo ranch to the multilevel Lauderdale, with over 3,800 square feet.
At Trinity Homes, we work with a group of brand partners that provide the highest quality materials for each new home we build. In addition, we offer a vast array of standard features that allow you to truly design a home that is perfect for your family.
This Holiday season, we have raised the bar at four of our premier residential communities—Cheshire Woods, Mitchell Crossing, The Reserve at New California, and Summerwood Lakes—by adding new luxury standard features. A few are listed below:
