Step 1: Select your favorite floor plan and choose a home site in a top Central Ohio neighborhood.


Step 2: Book an in-person appointment with Interior Designer Amber Malloy at our Design Center.


Step 3: Finalize your home layout, structural features, and exterior elements early to keep your build on schedule.


Step 4: The fun part! Visit Amber in the Design Center to personalize every feature and finish of your home, including tile, flooring, light fixtures, paint, and more.


Step 5: Once your design customizations have been finalized, we will take it from there and begin building your custom home.
