DUBLIN

Coming it at #3 on the list is one of Ohio’s most vibrant communities, Dublin, home to 47,000 residents located just northwest of Columbus, Ohio. Dublin offers safe neighborhoods, numerous parks, and bike paths, and a variety of community events for residents to enjoy. Dublin’s new Bridge Park development features a variety of restaurants, shops, and businesses all within a few walkable blocks along the Scioto River. PLAIN CITY

Just a few miles down the road from Dublin, Plain City offers the feel of a vintage small town, with antique shops, farmers markets, and local taverns along the streets of its downtown. It offers easy access to the more rural feel of Plain City but remains just minutes away from Dublin and downtown Columbus.

DELAWARE

  • Howard Farms – Offering a tranquil setting off Cheshire Road, Howard farms is a new community served by the highly accredited Olentangy School District. With wide-open spaces and a beautiful common area, this community is a perfect place to call home. Not to mention, Friends of Alum Creek Dog Park is only about 5 minutes from the community, with two fenced in play areas for small and large dogs as well as three fenced in water areas for dogs that like to swim.

POWELL

Ranked #1 on the Best Places to Raise a Family in the Columbus Area, The City of Powell prides itself in being family-oriented, combining a quaint, small town atmosphere with all of the modern-day conveniences and amenities of a growing city. Powell features beautifully manicured neighborhoods, two highly rated school systems, and a supportive, active community.

  • Heather Ridge – Heather Ridge is located on Hyatts Road in the Olentangy School District close to downtown Powell and just a short trip away from downtown Dublin.
